1. COVID-19 INFORMATION

Are you experiencing delays in shipping?

Unfortunately, there are shipment delays as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. However, feel free to get in touch with us if it has been more than 14 days since you placed an order. Please see our Shipment Policy for more details regarding our shipping.

2. FRAGRANCES

What is PARFUM?

Parfum normally contains 20 percent or more of the total amount of oils in a fragrance. Naturally, the duration of the aroma will increase with concentration. Before needing to be reapply, a perfume will last roughly seven hours. The wear-time might not always be the same, though, because everyone’s body chemistry is different.

What is Eau De Parfum?

Eau de parfum (EDP) contains between 10 to 15 percent of the oils, which is the second largest amount. At this concentration, scents should last for four to five hours before needing to be refreshed.

What is Eau De Toilette?

The scent content of eau de toilette (EDT) ranges from 5% to 15%. EDT is the most well-liked scent categories and is less expensive than the EDP. It usually lasts two to three hours and is regarded as daywear by some (while EDP is considered nightwear).

Are the fragrances long lasting?

At least 20% fragrance oil is present in every one of our scents. The skin’s acidity and wetness, whether the scent is being worn on clothing, how much has been applied, and other elements all play a role in how long a fragrance lasts. As a result, we are unable to state with certainty how long any scent will remain for you, though we can suggest that some are more ephemeral than others due to their compositions.

How do I choose the right fragrance without smelling it first?

We recommend purchasing our sample packs if you haven’t already experienced our perfumes. You’ll be able to decide for yourself which scents you prefer, and asking for advice from loved ones will make it easier to figure out which ones best complement your personal style and distinctive skin chemistry.

3. ORDERS

How is my order processed?

You will get an email, confirming that we have received your order! If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us.
Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours, which do not include weekends or national holidays. Dispatch times can reach 72 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like us to cancel your order, do get in touch with us as soon as possible. However, once it has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

My order has arrived damaged / Is missing an item, what should I do?

Please contact us at inquiries@vellvi.com.au if anything is wrong with your order. You will need to provide us with your order number and images of the product received as well as a short description about of the issue.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received an email with the tracking details, please contact us at inquiries@vellvi.com.au.
